This solar-powered, off-grid hideaway invites you to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with nature—without sacrificing the comforts of home. Please note: to maintain energy efficiency, high-wattage items like hair dryers and flat irons aren’t available, but the ocean breeze is all the styling you’ll need.

Inside, the airy main floor welcomes you with an open-concept kitchen and living area, a half bath, and a cozy bedroom featuring both a queen and a twin bed, plus a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—each with windows looking out to the ocean and when open, the breeze and the sounds of the waves are very calming. Both have their own en-suite bathroom with shower too. This floor also features double doors that open onto an outdoor balcony area that features a dining table where you and your guests can savor sunset dinners and cool sea air.

Climb up to the third-story rooftop, and you’ll be greeted by a breezy thatched palapa, built-in concrete seating, and sweeping views of the Cerritos surf break—perfect for your morning coffee or evening margaritas.

A washer and dryer are located outside the home and available for your use, free of charge.
